We begin with a clean dry excavation site and perforated drain tile for added drainage security
The perforated Drain Tile is then covered with 6 inches of drain rock
Once our perfectly level footings are poured we then add another 10 inches of drain rock.
The Insulated Concrete Form blocks are then assembled and these blocks are filled with 6 inches of concrete. Independent Third Party Testing now supports that these walls perform to an R40 level.
Winter Grade Peel n Stick is then applied as a water proof barrier below grade
The Peel N Stick is then further protected from punctures by a Dimplex membrane
The Comslab floor system is then attached and poured to a 4 inch thickness in the field and 11 inches in the V beams
