I was delighted to learn that Sage Manor had received an award of merit in the category of Multi-Family Apartment from the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, at the Commercial Building Awards held in Nanaimo.
To be the recipient of this award shows how the design and construction of this building represents outstanding workmanship. The building has addressed the community need for more housing in the downtown core, while utlizing the new bylaw the town of Qualicum recently passed allowing residential units on the ground floor of a housing development.
